We are seeking a Wedding Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following
Coordinate all event activities and personnel
Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
Research and identify successful event opportunities
Maintain stock of event supplies
Meet with couples after they have booked an event with our sales team to establish their menus, floor plans, schedules, et.
Discuss and promote options and additional upgrades for their events
Answer questions from couples, family members and other event professionals in advance of the event.
Attend all weddings to ensure that the events run smoothly and exceeds our clients expectations.
Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
Strong project managing skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams
